Solution

The app uses gamification to inspire employees to complete tasks by giving karma points for each task they finish, and negative karma for missing a deadline.
As users collect more karma they unlock new levels, from ‘Beginner’ to ‘Enlightened.’ What is more, they can instantly share their karma score with coworkers at company’s web portal and friends on Facebook and Instagram.
